What are Coach Tools?
Coach Tools combine various tools that will help you leverage your skills to help those you are coaching to get better results. They also include trainings that will help you grow in your ability to use the tools effectively. Each tool has a theme and is uniquely created to accomplish a specific outcome. The more you use these tools, you will become better at using them and get better results from them. They can range from maps to templates to surveys and more. Tools are important because a lot of the information you need from your client or team will not be easy to get, and asking questions might not get you to the meat of the matter. Below are three of the tools that we are have created. The minimum requirement for each tool is to attend and complete Bootcamp 9.
Finding your way starts with finding your why.
One of the most important things you can do towards improving your life and work is to discover your purpose. When we say purpose, we mean your personal reason or why for doing what you do. What gives you the sense of significance? What fulfills you? What makes you feel connected and cherished? What drives and motivates you to do what you do? These questions can be easily answered when you know your “why”. Then, you can use these insights as a means to guide you towards a deeper sense of fulfillment, significance and belonging. The compass tool was designed to help both the coach and those they are coaching to develop this area of the knowledge of self. Then it can be used it to align yourself with the activities, work and situations that best allows you to live the life that fulfills your “why”.
Compass 9 is a series of 8 sessions designed to help each coach help those they coach develop this area of the knowledge of self.
keeping track of your progress is progress that leads to success
It’s easy to lose track of where we are in the projects and work that we are doing. This can be especially true when there are a lot of moving parts and different things that have to be done in order to accomplish our goals. Keeping track of your progress means that you need to be able to map out and see everything that needs to happen. You will need to be able to see where you are in the process and what you need to do to move forward. This would allow you to make adjustments and reflect on what else needs to be done. Looking at the work your coachee is undertaking as their personal project will allow them to frame it in a way that is measurable. They will be able to track the progress they are making in the areas of their work goals and personal growth & development goals. They will be able to see the work done in one area, and its impact in other areas. You are going to teach your coachees to keep track of their movement towards the goals and dreams they have set. Now, that’s true progress!
The trackbook is a both a series of coaching sessions and a tool for you and your coachees.
Taking the guess work out of what strategies to execute.
We designed the Coachbook 9 to be a tool that helps each coach develop their strategies and approaches with those they are coaching. Having a tool that allows you to plan, record and reflect on your coaching session will prove to be invaluable. You will be able to more effectively create the strategies and approaches that you are using in your sessions. It will also allow you to better customize your strategies and evolve your approaches. It was designed to mirror your sessions. This will help you better jot down your notes before and during the session. It will also help you review what happened and when it happened.
The coachbook is a swiss army knife tool. It is a variety of tools placed conveniently together. These tools cover the work you are going to do before, during and after each of your sessions. There is also a tool box for you to pull from as you are planning your sessions. You are going to be able to help your coachees gain so much ground towards their goals and dreams.
