Our Leadcoach 9 program is our executive coach training and certification program. Our focus in this coach training program is leaders leading leaders and coaching leaders. This is for those that want to and have to coach high performing leaders. Helping leaders excel takes a special skill set and a special understanding of their unique responsibility. Leadcoach 9 will give you the training, tools and coaching that is needed to better understand the unique needs of those you lead. You will be able to help them address the various situations and elements connected to them help those they lead accomplish the goals set before them.

What is an Executive coach?

An Executive coach helps other professionals to excel in their careers and the projects that they are undertaken. They focus on their leadership development as a means to increase their performance and productivity. They focus on those whose jobs and responsibilities are primarily leadership and management.

3 Step Process

Step 1

Get Trained!

The training that you will receive is designed to help you become the best coach possible. We first focus on you as the coach, and then the people you are going to coach. Then, we focus on the results you are going to be able to help them achieve so they can move towards their goals and dreams.

The initial training will be two weekends that are spread out to give you a total of 32 hours of training. We will introduce you to the foundation in coaching as well as our unique approach, model and system. Then, we will layout a training schedule that will give you access to more than 100 hours of coaching content. This content will enable you to help create breakthrough for your clients that is both meaningful and sustainable.

Step 2

Get Coached!

We provide ongoing coaching to encourage and strengthen you in this new venture of coaching. For those that have been coaching for a while and are using this program to enhance your ability, we also provide group guided and one on one sessions that will add tools and insights to your coaching to make you more effective.

We provide the next phase of your development in a group setting. We have a Facebook group that we have created to provide group guided coaching and support to you as you continue to grow. You will meet with the entire group and subgroups to practice and go over various scenarios. In these sessions, there will be a coach present to help you and give you feedback.

Step 3

Get Certified!

Our certification program is more than just a course for you to complete. We want to ensure that you are ready to be effective with the skills and abilities you have, so there are a few milestones that we are going to help you achieve to ensure that you are on your way to becoming an elite coach.

With your initial packet, you will receive a certification checklist. It lists the steps for certification as well as the various areas that you will have to show competency. We didn’t create these steps to make it difficult to get certified, but rather to provide a standard that you can measure yourself against and push yourself to get the result that you need to get. The last part of the certification process is an evaluation to make sure you have a grasp on the basics and that will show you understand the ethics to provide a safe environment for your clients.

 
 

COACH TRACK

Coach Track 9 was designed to put all the resources, tools and training you will need to complete and develop your coaching skills and practice.

THIS IS OUR UNIQUE COACH TRAINING PROGRAM. WE HAVE INCLUDED A NUMBER OF DIFFERENT RESOURCES AND SERVICES TO COMPLEMENT YOUR COACH TRAINING. The program was designed so that you could customize for your needs. GO OVER EACH OPTION AND SELECT THE ONE THAT BEST SUITS YOU.

Fuel: This is where it starts. Fuel is our online evaluation that was created to help each person identify what motivates, energizes, and recharges their motivations. It is a part of the iD7 Identifier product line. It was made exclusively for CT9 coaches, clients leaders, and their teams.

Core Coach 9: Core Coach 9 is our coach training program that introduces you to our coaching methodologies and helps you build coaching techniques. In addition to human design and basic coaching skills, you will learn about various coaching methodologies and how to utilize them.

Support: Support is such an important part of this process because it is what each coach is going to provide for those they coach. We have created a training program that includes support during and after the training to help each person grow and develop into amazing coaches. We have created some different types of support for you to choose from.

Coach Tools: Coach Tools combine various tools that will help you leverage your skills to help those you are coaching to get better results. They also include training that will help you grow in your ability to use the tools effectively.

What’s in the Leadkit 9 ?

LeadKit 9 was designed for those who support, encourage and empower leaders to be more effective in the things they do. It combines leadership training & development and coach skill building and training. We focus on each of our coaches. It includes all the material that we are known for. There isn’t a better coach training system in the world. We focus on our coaches knowledge of both self, the other person and the work they are supposed to accomplish.

Core Leadership: Core Leadership is one of our six leadership training programs. It is focused on helping you understand the essentials of leadership. By redefining how you see leadership, we are able to remove old concepts and unproductive ideas for the purpose of building a new foundation that will give you a holistic understanding of leadership. It will allow you to approach leadership with a fresh perspective.

EQ for Leadership: This course will introduce you to our EQ model. You learn why it is so important to develop this type of EQ, and it will help you increase engagement and productivity in the workplace. Its focus is on helping each leader get a better understanding of the importance of their emotions and how to include new levels of awareness and sensitivity to be more effective and efficient in everything they do. Then, it expands to help them embrace and understand the emotions of others around them to help them become more aware and sensitive.

Developing High-Performing Teams and Cultures: High-performing teams are supported and empowered by healthy cultures. These cultures are products of the values of their organizations and teams. As the values are lived out and used as a measure for behavior and decisions, it becomes the culture. As an Executive Coach, you will have to deal with people in different cultures and work environments. Helping them understand the value of culture and the part they play in creating and maintaining it is critical for you as a coach. This will be one of the most important things you can do to help improve the performance of the teams and individuals you coach.

Defusing Difficult Situations: This course is about conflict management and resolution. You will learn how to identify the source of the conflict and deal with it safely and effectively. You will also learn how to see conflict as it is brewing and address it before it gets out of hand. Teaching your clients how to deal with conflict will allow them to overcome many of the obstacles that they are going to face. These insights will prove to be invaluable as they navigate through these obstacles in their work and workplace.

Strategic Alignments: In any organization, there are so many different directions that people are going in. Getting them all aligned and moving together is key to both their success and the organization’s forward movement. In this course, we will take a look at how people align themselves with the institutions and people they work with. You will get a better understanding of how to increase their synergy and harmony in order to increase everyone’s ability to accomplish their goals.
