Leadtype

This course is for those who want to understand their unique way of leading.  We will discuss the seven leadership styles connected to your motivational design.  It will also help you understand those who lead you as well as those you are tasked to lead.  Leadtype is a powerful tool and base of knowledge that can help increase your effectiveness as a leader.  The more you understand how you get the results you need to accomplish your goals, the easier it will be. You will also be more efficient in doing the necessary work to move yourself, the organization, and people who rely on you as a leader.

DISCOVERING YOUR LEADERSHIP TYPE

Everyone has a different way that they lead.  They have different motivations, drives, and passions.  This means that certain things are important to them and become their focus.  They also have different strengths and abilities they use to get their results.  Understanding your personal leadership type is critical for you to maximize your effectiveness.  In this course, we will go through the seven leadtypes and how they function in different situations.

LEADTYPE POWERED BY AWARENESS

In this session, we will focus on the leadership types that are motivated by the motivational component of Awareness.  We look at their advantage, influence, and unique perspective.  We will also look at how they see those they lead and how others see their leadership.  This class will give you important insights whether this is your leadtype, you are leading people with this leadtype, or your leader is this leadtype.
