Pathways 9
Each person is different. We even approach the same job or task in a different way. We get a different sense of fulfillment for the work being done. It is important to start out not only acknowledging these difference but understanding them. This will go a long way in helping each person to move toward their goals. We created PATHWAYS 9 to provide powerful tools that will help each person discover their personal preference and pathway toward fulfillment and connection with their personal drives and motivations. It also serves as a tool for all of our coaches to relate to and engage their coachees.
Through our technology we are able to access the unique way each person is motivated and how they have developed it to achieve their goals. We are also able to use these insights to help them create a path for development and realizing their goals and choosing the vehicles for getting there.
We use a number of our Discovery tools to help each person get a clear picture of their unique make up. This becomes the start point for helping them craft a plan and engage in a process that fits them and the results they want to achieve. The tools and technology that make up PATHWAYS 9 are the product of over 30 years of research and practice.
